Longtime Salt Lake City resident and former owner of the DeLoretto's Pizzerias, Heath Koltenuk and his wife Debi, have opened Nuch's Pizzeria and Restaurant.
Committed to offering the freshest food possible, they have made a commitment to buy local products when possible and have planted a culinary garden on the premises.
